SEA DOO ENGINE REBUILD PROCEDURE 4-TEC / RXT / RXP / RX DI / XP DI / LRV DI / GTX DI .......ALL YEARS Engine Rebuilds Start by taking Dismantling your motor completely . We inspect each part that is going to be used in the rebuild. Crankshaft Journals, Crankshaft Cases, Cylinder and Cylinder Head. Each Cylinder deck and Head is checked for warpage and is milled flat if needed . Once we have inspected these parts we will get in contact with you and advise of all works necessary. We will re-bore the cylinders to the next size using new cast aluminum pistons . Rings, cir-clips, wrist pins and wrist pin bearings. Then we rebuild the Crankshaft with all new mechanical parts . New oil seals and gaskets necessary to complete rebuild. Once the Engine is sent back to you we will send the gaskets you need to complete the installation process .
